PSP - TA-095 / 09g Upgrader Fix.

TA-095 - 09g Physical Upgrader has been released by developer Frostegater, this tool will help PSP-3000 TA-095 (09g) owner, who have downgraded with Davee's Chronoswitch, and get an error IDXFFFFFFFF when try upgrading back to the newer OFW 6.3x or 6.60.. I myself have not tried this, but some preach this worked..

Here is a quote from the read me:
Program for launch SCE updater after using 'Chronoswitch' downgrade without IDXFFFFFFFF error.

Note: Must be used only on PSP 300X 9g with 6.20 OFw only...

How to use it :
  • Download OFw EBOOT.PBP 6.35/6.39/6.60. Then copy it to ms0:/ PSP/GAME/UPDATE/.
  • Download TA-095 - 09g Upgrader, Then copy it to ms0:/ PSP/GAME/.
  • Run the TA-095 - 09g Upgrader program from Game Menu and follow the on screen instructions.

This will start the SCE updater, and install to the OFw copied.. which now you can later hack by installing CFW PRO or ME.
